1st Course

Lobster Bisque- with juniper apples & spiced pecan caviar cream fraiche


Rabbit Minestrone Soup- with fried pasta & crispy leeks

2nd Course

Apple Endive- with pickled parsnips, burnt carrots, smoked pistachios & creamy herb dressing


Mista- with hericot vert, candied walnuts, robiolina crostini, shallot, red wine vinaigrette

3rd Course

Crispy Pork Belly- with polenta croutin, wilted tuscan kale & apple-pear mostarda


Romesco Crusted Scallops- with truffle risotto, black garlic puree, fermented mushrooms & black caviar
